Zim Premier is operated by Mukoko Studio as an independent football data and media platform. Privacy requests about information submitted through Zim Premier can be raised through the platform contact route.

This notice explains how the current Zim Premier service handles information across accounts, supporter preferences, enquiries and submissions.
Information you provide
Depending on the feature you use, Zim Premier may receive your name, email address, optional telephone or WhatsApp number, account details, enquiry route, commercial organisation details, submitted content and the message or request you choose to send.
Accounts and authentication
Account-backed features use Supabase authentication and related service storage to maintain sessions and protect private journeys. Authentication information is used to provide and secure the account experience rather than for advertising.
Preferences stored on your device
Favourite-club, followed-player, notification, low-data and similar experience choices may be stored in your browser so the product can remain personalised between visits. Device-stored preferences are not sold to advertisers.
Why information is used
Information is used to operate requested account features, route and respond to enquiries, maintain supporter preferences, review submissions, protect the service, support commercial conversations and improve the reliability of the product.
Access and service providers
Access to submitted personal information is limited to people and service providers who need it to operate or support the relevant Zim Premier function. Personal information is not sold. External providers may process limited information where needed to deliver hosting, authentication, database or communications services.
Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, operational records, security, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations. Access controls and provider security features are used to reduce unauthorised access.
Your choices and requests

Children and supporter content
Zim Premier does not intentionally use public supporter features to solicit unnecessary personal information from children. Content involving children requires particular care around consent, privacy, moderation and publication rights.
